Right of withdrawal 

 

Order in the webshop

When you order products in our web shop from within the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days starting on the day after receipt of the product.

 

If you want to withdraw from the contract, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt.

This can be done by sending an e-mail to: mickdejong.photos@gmail.com

Never send a product back without this prior notification.

To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to read the following steps.

 

Exception

Please pay attention! This right of withdrawal is excluded for purchases made from outside the EEA and for products that were realized according to your specifications or that that are obviously personal in nature.

If you have specifically requested a product with specific measurements and materials, other than the specifications directly offered in our web shop, those products are considered as realized according to your specifications and therefore the right of withdrawal does not apply.

 

Returns

When you wish to use your right of withdrawal and return the product, please mention the following details:

• your name;

• the number of your order;

• number and type of items that you wish to return;

• possibly the reason why you want to withdraw.

 

Return

The product must be returned to us no later than 14 days after your report your withdrawal to us. The product must be returned unused, undamaged and in a suitable packaging.

The costs for this return shipment will be borne by you.

 

We will reimburse the purchase amount to your bank account, from which you have also paid, within 14 days of your notification of withdrawal, but not earlier than we have received the product back.

 

Moreover, please be sure to only unpack or use the product to the extent that is necessary for the assessment of the product. Any decrease in value of product caused by the way of handling the product in a manner that exceeds the normal assessment the product, will be charged to you.

If we have received a returned product in a damaged state, we may deduct the reduction of value of the product from the amount that is to be reimbursed to you.

Miscellaneous

Do not return any products to us without prior notice. If you still send products back to us, while the product or your purchase was excluded from the right of withdrawal or if you did not report this to us in advance, it may be that all costs will still charged to you.
